Kamal Badr is an Egyptian lyricist whose words were sung by Libyan artists, which is how his name entered the Libyan song archive. His best known contributions are "Akthar Min Ay Hob" and the poem "Al Reem", both set to music by the Egyptian composer Khaled Al Amir and performed by the late Libyan singer Mohamed Rashid. He is listed among the Arab poets and composers who worked with Libyan voices in that period.
كمال بدر شاعر غنائي مصري كتب كلمات أعمال أداها فنانون ليبيون، وبهذا دخل اسمه في أرشيف الأغنية الليبية. من أشهر ما كتبه أغنية "أكثر من أي حب" وقصيدة "الريم" اللتان لحنهما الفنان المصري خالد الأمير وغناهما الفنان الليبي الراحل محمد رشيد. ويُذكر ضمن قائمة الشعراء والملحنين العرب الذين تعاونوا مع الأصوات الليبية في تلك المرحلة.
