Abu Ajila Mohamed

Abu Ajila Mohamed is a Libyan musician, composer and singer who began his artistic career at Libyan Radio in 1962 as a singer, then moved into composing and worked as a composer in Cairo from 1971 onward. He composed numerous songs to lyrics by Libyan poets such as Omar Al-Mizoughi, with most of his work recorded between Egypt and Morocco.

أبو عجيلة محمد موسيقار وملحن ومطرب ليبي، بدأ نشاطه الفني في الإذاعة الليبية عام 1962 كمطرب، ثم اتجه إلى التلحين وعمل ملحناً في القاهرة منذ عام 1971. لحّن أعمالاً عديدة من كلمات شعراء ليبيين مثل عمر المزوغي، وسُجّلت أغلب أعماله بين مصر والمغرب.
