سليمان الترهوني

الشاعر سليمان مفتاح الترهوني، من مواليد بنغازي عام 1947. انتسب في شبابه إلى فرقة مسرح الشباب ثم فرقة المسرح العربي، وكتب أول محاولاته الشعرية في صحيفة حائطية بمقر فرقة الشباب. كتب كلمات عدد من الأغاني الليبية التي لحنها ملحنون مثل محمد حسن وفرحات فضل، منها "ليش مظاليم" و"دللتني" و"يالله يا نور السبيل". توفي عام 2003.

Poet Suliman Miftah Al-Tarhouni was born in Benghazi in 1947. In his youth he joined the Youth Theatre troupe and later the Arab Theatre troupe, and wrote his first poetic attempts in a wall newspaper at the Youth troupe's headquarters. He wrote lyrics for several Libyan songs composed by figures such as Mohammed Hassan and Farhat Fadel, including 'Leish Madhalim', 'Dallaltini' and 'Yalla Ya Nour Al-Sabil'. He died in 2003.
