سالم الزواوي فنان ليبي من بنغازي كان أحد أعضاء الفرقة المسرحية التي انتقلت إلى منزل بزقاق جعفر أواخر ثلاثينيات القرن الماضي، إلى جانب فنانين مثل عبد ربه الغناي وأحمد شحات المريش والسيد بومدين، وهي النواة التي تطورت لاحقًا إلى فرقة المسرح العربي في بنغازي.
