عمر جعودة

عمر جعودة شاعر ليبي من شعراء الأغنية الليبية، يعدّه الباحث سالم الكبتي ضمن الجيل الثاني من شعراء الأغنية إلى جانب عمر بورنانة وأحمد رفيق ويوسف الفيلالي وأبوبكر جعودة. يعود نشاطه إلى ثلاثينيات القرن العشرين، إذ تنسب إليه كلمات أغنية «صابر وطاويه المرض في كنينه» التي غناها الفنان علي فرج الجهاني المعروف ب«علي وبكا» سنة 1936. كما تنسب إليه قصيدة عامية في تحرير الوطن مطلعها «رفرف كما جنحان نسر امبلا». لم يُعثر على تاريخ ميلاده أو وفاته أو مسقط رأسه في مصدر موثوق.

Omar Jaouda was a Libyan poet of the Libyan song. The researcher Salem al-Kabti places him in the second generation of Libyan song poets alongside Omar Burenana, Ahmed Rafik, Youssef al-Filali and Abubakr Jaouda. His work goes back to the 1930s: the lyric "Sabir wa Tawih al-Marad fi Kninah", recorded by the singer Ali Farag al-Jahani, known as Ali Wabka, in 1936, is credited to him. A colloquial poem on national liberation opening "Rafraf kama junhan nasr imbla" is also attributed to him. No reliable source gives his birth date, death date or birthplace.
