فاطمة أحمد

فاطمة أحمد مطربة ليبية من مواليد مدينة بنغازي سنة 1962، وتوفيت سنة 2008 إثر مرض أليم. بدأت مسيرتها في منتصف السبعينات من معهد علي الشعالية للموسيقى ببنغازي، ثم التحقت بالإذاعة رفقة زميلتها الفنانة سالمين الزروق. ورغم قلة أعمالها فقد تركت بصمة في مسار الأغنية الليبية عامة وفي مسيرة المطربات الليبيات خاصة، وتُعد من الرائدات في هذا المجال. من أغانيها "الله يسامحك" و"نسقيك يا نوار" و"عمار يا بلادنا" و"ولفتني بود الغلا" و"يا عز الرفاقة".

Fatima Ahmed was a Libyan singer, born in Benghazi in 1962 and died in 2008 after a painful illness. She began her career in the mid-1970s at the Ali al-Shaaliya Institute of Music in Benghazi, then joined the radio alongside her colleague the singer Salmin al-Zarrouq. Despite her small body of work she left a mark on Libyan song in general and on the path of Libyan women singers in particular, and is counted among the pioneers in that field. Her songs include "Allah Ysamhak", "Nasqik ya Nawwar", "Ammar ya Biladna", "Walfatni b-Wid al-Ghala" and "Ya Izz al-Rifaqa".
