عبير اسم فني لمطربة ليبية برزت في السبعينيات من القرن العشرين، وتعد من أوائل النساء اللواتي اعتمدن كمطربات في الإذاعة الليبية بعد خيرية المبروك. بدأت الغناء أثناء دراستها في معهد المعلمات، واكتشفها ملحن وموسيقار بالإذاعة قدمها في أول عمل لها وهو نشيد وطني أداه معها على شكل دويتو. شاركت في مهرجانات داخل ليبيا وفي عدد من الدول العربية، ثم اعتزلت الفن في أواخر الثمانينيات. من أشهر أغانيها عاش يا بلادي ويا الله يا نور السبيل وانت نسيتني وأزهار الجناين والليل مهما يطول.

Abeer is the stage name of a Libyan singer who emerged in the 1970s and is considered one of the first women approved as a singer on Libyan radio after Khairiya al-Mabrouk. She began singing while studying at the teachers' training institute and was discovered by a composer at the radio, who presented her in her first work, a patriotic anthem he performed with her as a duet. She took part in festivals in Libya and in several Arab countries, then withdrew from music in the late 1980s. Her best known songs include Aash Ya Biladi, Ya Allah Ya Nour al-Sabil, Enta Nsitni, Azhar al-Janayen and Al-Layl Mahma Ytoul.
